kasneb provides industrial attachment and apprenticeship opportunities to all deserving Kenyans with a view to impart the requisite knowledge and practical experience or exposure to the youth. kasneb also has a provision for attachees who are ongoing students in tertiary institutions for attachment within its key functional areas of operations. The process of bringing on board the interns/attachees is competitive and all inclusive. It is worthy to note that the internship programme currently is largely consolidated through Public Service Internship Programme (PSIP). The PSIP cuts across the entire public service in Kenya and seeks to provide for inclusivity. The interns at kasneb are paid a stipend of between shillings twenty thousand (20,000) and shillings twenty-five thousand (25,000) monthly to cater for transport and other incidentals while on the programme.
